Dr. Jack Stauffer, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Jack Stauffer is a highly experienced and board-certified physician with a passion for medical aesthetics and wellness. With over 20 years of experience in his field, Dr. Stauffer has helped thousands of patients achieve their health care goals. As the medical director of our practice, Dr. Stauffer plays a crucial role in overseeing the medical and aesthetic procedures we provide our patients. He ensures that we maintain the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance within our scope of practice.
Dr. Stauffer’s expertise and guidance enable our team to provide our patients with the best possible care and outcomes. Dr. Stauffer received his medical degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City Medical School and completed his residency in Emergency Medicine at Truman Medical Center. He has received additional training in medical aesthetics, laser treatments, skin rejuvenation procedures and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy.
Dr. Stauffer is known for his warm and compassionate bedside manner and his patients appreciate his attention to detail and trust that he will provide safe and effective treatments to reach their individual treatment goals.
Kelly Baker, APRN, NP-C

Owner/Founder
Kelly Baker is the proud owner and founder of Bella Derma Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. She opened the doors to her practice in 2018 to create a beautiful and safe environment to meet the needs of her patients. Starting this practice has fulfilled a lifelong dream and allowed her to follow her passion of aesthetics through anti- aging and rejuvenation.
Kelly is a board-certified nurse practitioner receiving her degree from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. She has been in medicine since 2008 and has taken care of patients in a variety of settings ranging from the intensive care unit to family practice. She received additional training and a certification in medical aesthetics from Esthetic Skin Institute in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
She is a native of Kansas City and is the mother of two adorable boys – Lucas (12) and Jacob (11). Outside of Bella Derma Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, her passions include her family and friends, traveling, home decor and cheering for her boys at baseball games! She always strives to help her patients find the best version of themselves and looks forward to achieving your goals with you!
Sara Clausen, PA-C
Board Certified Physician Assistant
Sara Clausen is a board-certified physician assistant. She joined our practice in 2021, bringing more than 10 years of experience as a physician assistant. Sara has worked in many acute care environments. Kelly and Sara met at the University of Kansas Health System where they worked together in the Intensive Care Unit for several years.
Sara is known for her professional and approachable demeanor. She creates a welcoming and comfortable environment, making you feel at ease throughout your entire treatment journey. She has a wealth of knowledge and a passion for enhancing your natural beauty.
Sara moved to Kansas City with her husband in 2010, after completing her Master of Health Science degree from Oklahoma University. They have 5 children, Carley (12), Jesse (10), Olivia (9), William (7) and Tori (6). Sara enjoys gardening, hiking, reading and when she gets it, quiet time! Sara knows how it feels to be a busy mom, wife and career women, all while looking refreshed and put together! Whether you are looking for treatments to help with the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, facial balancing or not sure where to start, Sara can help you achieve it all!
Skylar Pechette, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse/Injector
Skylar Pechette is a registered nurse and received her BSN from the University of Missouri in 2017. Skylar started her nursing career working as a Critical Care Nurse in the NICU at Children’s Mercy where she developed her passion for supporting her patients through their health care journeys.
Skylar has received didactic aesthetic treatment education as well as extensive mentorship with Kelly Baker and Sara Clausen at Bella Derma Medical Aesthetics & Wellness. Skylar is experienced in neurotoxin, facial fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, and medical grade skin care.
Skylar is a proud Kansas City native and enjoys dance, fitness, reading, and cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs. Skylar loves spending time with her husband, Jared, and their cats, Kacey, Kleo, and Karma. Skylar takes pride in assisting her clients to discover and embody the version of themselves they feel most confident in!
Kristin Simone, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse/Injector
Kristin Simone is a registered nurse and received her BSN from the University of Missouri Kansas City. Fun fact Kristin and Kelly actually went to nursing school together! Kristin started her nursing career working as a Critical Care Nurse in the NICU at Children’s Mercy. She then became a nurse case manager for foster care children. After stepping away from the hospital setting Kristin became an ACE certified fitness trainer and nutrition specialist. Kristin has received didactic aesthetic treatment education as well as extensive mentorship with Kelly Baker at Bella Derma Medical Aesthetics & Wellness.
Kristin has a passion for empowering her clients and helping them to build their confidence, so they can look good, feel good, and do good.
Outside of Bella Derma Medical Aesthetics & Wellness, Kristin Simone is a wife, a mom of six that includes and a set of triplets, and America’s Most Beautiful Mrs. 2023. She loves spending time with her family and helping others to feel good about themselves.
Annaliese Lombardo, LE
Licensed Medical Esthetician
Annaliese Lombardo is a licensed esthetician with extensive experience in the aesthetic and wellness industry, catering to clients for over nine years. Throughout her professional journey, she has gained valuable insights and expertise in various aesthetic services, alongside medical weight loss. With a significant duration dedicated to her role as an esthetician, Annaliese has acquired hands-on training and proficiency in facials, microneedling, diverse laser treatments, hair removal, and product knowledge.
Annaliese's goal is to create a personalized in-office treatment plan, as well as an at-home regimen for each of her clients. Her aim is to instill confidence and comfort in each person's skin.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Annaliese cherishes moments with friends and family. She is a proud devoted dog mom to her two pitties, Chloe and Cisco, who she loves taking on walks. She enjoys exploring new culinary experiences at various restaurants.
Zoë Bridges
Practice Manager
Zoë Bridges is a compassionate individual with a heart dedicated to both the art of healing and the art of design. Holding an Associate in Art degree, and a profound desire to serve others, she is drawn to the medical field, where she aims ensure individuals receive the care they deserve. Zoë has a passion for her work, ensuring that everything behind the scenes in the office runs smoothly, while also ensuring clients have an easy and seamless experience with our services.
Beyond her endeavors in medical aesthetics, Zoë channels her creative energy into her own clothing venture, Doë, where she transforms her aesthetic vision and fashion design ideas into reality.
Originally from the Metro North area, Zoë finds joy in staying active with fitness activities and caring for her outdoor cats. Most importantly, she treasures spending quality time with her family and friends, cherishing those meaningful connections in life. Zoë looks forward to seeing you in our office and hopes you have both a memorable and meaningful experience, knowing that we are here to support you in reaching your desired aesthetic goals every step of the way.
Lillian Taylor, LE
Client Coordinator
Lillian is a licensed esthetician in the states of Kansas and Missouri, and an experienced client coordinator who has a passion for the med spa industry. Her love for customer service is shown by her warm and welcoming personality and dedication to making each experience special. She channels her love for connecting to clients through her extensive training, along with product and service knowledge, and can relay resources and be there to support all clients. She strives to make each client experience special and authentic every visit.
Originally from St. Joseph, MO. 45 min North of Kansas City, Lillian is proud to now call North Kansas City her home. Beyond her time at BellaDerma, Lillian loves to practice all aesthetic services, and most importantly, spend time with her friends and family. You can probably catch her at a local coffee shop, spending time with any of her 3 dogs- Luna, George, and Poppy, or at a college basketball game.
