1. Medical Grade Skincare Foundation: A skincare routine is the first step in any anti-aging regimen. This includes the daily use of sunscreen, moisturizers and cleansers, as well as products containing active ingredients like retinoids, growth factors and antioxidants. Medical grade products are researched and clinically studied to perform and change the skin. With a much higher concentration of ingredients, you’ll need to use less product to reach optimal results quicker.

2. Neurotoxin Treatments: Neurotoxins, such as Botox, are used to temporarily reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles by relaxing the underlying facial muscles. These treatments are effective for dynamic wrinkles caused by repetitive facial movements. Results typically last for several months and require regular maintenance for sustained effects.

3. Dermal Fillers for Volume and Contour: Dermal fillers are made of hyaluronic acid, designed to restore lost volume, smooth out wrinkles and enhance facial contours. They are effective for treating areas such as cheeks, lips, and under-eye hollows. The results are immediate and can last from six months to two years, depending on the type of filler. Dermal fillers are popular for their minimal downtime and customizable results.

4. Biostimulators for Collagen Production: Biostimulators, such as platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and Sculptra®, stimulate the body’s own collagen production to improve skin texture and elasticity. PRP involves using the patient's own blood components to rejuvenate the skin, while Sculptra is a synthetic injectable that gradually restores volume by stimulating collagen growth. These treatments can provide longer-lasting and more natural-looking results compared to traditional fillers with benefits that continue to improve over time.

5. Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT): BHRT can be a part of anti-aging treatments, especially for those experiencing hormonal imbalances due to aging. Bioidentical hormones are chemically identical to those the body naturally produces and can help alleviate symptoms such as fatigue, mood swings, low libido and decreased skin elasticity. It’s essential to undergo a thorough medical evaluation and work with a healthcare professional for this therapy.
